Michael Niebuhr is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He graduated from the University at Albany in 1992 and went directly into the field of fitness and nutrition. Personal training has always been his passion and managing health clubs led him to opening a personal training facility in 1998. Michaels continued education allows him the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clientele, from highly skilled athletes to post-rehab individuals. His ability to work with his weight management clients is not only his strength, but what he finds the most rewarding. His attention to detail, program design and ability to get results for his clients is what truly sets him apart from the rest.
Hello and welcome to the fitness portion of St. Catherine of Siena’s’ Weight Loss Program. My name is Michael Niebuhr and I am here to help you make fitness an on-going theme in your life. I’ve been helping people with challenges to physical fitness with all kinds of excuses that they can’t fit exercise into their lifestyle. I can help you not only fit it in but also continue it for years.
Everybody who comes to work with us is different, they all have something in common. We all would like something to “change”. Whether it be a change in body weight, body fat, bone density, blood profiles or obtaining lean muscle mass we are all working towards achieving a goal.
In order to create the change we need, each client will go through a personal assessment to help me understand his or her strengths and weaknesses. The more information I can gather about you as an individual, the more individualized I can make the program that will help you on your way to your success.
In the coming months you can check back here on the website for information, inspiration and tips to help make fitness a part of your life.
